NCSA is relatively new and a small community organization with limited human and financial resources. However, it has accomplished a lot in promoting and organizing many different events and activities to preserve Newa culture and traditions. Thanks to the strong and visionary leadership team, dedicated community members, support from Government of Alberta, and financial help from City of Edmonton which made it possible for NCSA to accomplish so much in such a short time period. Contributions made by spouses of the leadership team is also very appreciable and commendable. Without their strong commitment and invaluable support, NCSA would not have been able to function actively in the community to achieve its objectives.
